If I'm out of shape, can I still participate in this program?
TRU FIT BOOTCAMP has a special program that has been modified to meet the needs of those who haven't been in the gym in a while or even forever. This program is designed to increase your cardio endurance, strenghen your core, make you stronger AND correct your form. The EXPRESS program. This program can be adjusted for varying levels of ability and you can grow with it as you get stronger.
What if I have an old injury?
All Tru Fit Coaches and Trainers know the TRU FIT WORKOUTS and the MODIFICATIONS. What ever the reason, the modification will allow you to perform at your personal best.
Do I have to take supplements?
This program includes an approved supplement list. Supplements can provide an extra advantage for some and the list I provide includes the best supplements on the market. However, not everyone needs to add a supplemental program to their fitness routine. I will work with each client on a case by case basis to determine what is best for their personal journey. that I recommend for those who want to add
How many times a week do I have to workout?
This program provides the opportunity for Total Body Transformation participants to work out up to 6 days week. However, for some this may prove feasible, but for some I will recommened a maximum of 3 days a week. It will take time for YOUR body to acclimate to this program and the intensifty of this type of transformation. For most new clients 3 days a week PLUS the nutritional information and SPECIAL exclusive classes will be suffiecient for maximum results.
How long are the sessions?
The EXPRESS Program classes are last for 30 the EXCLUSIVE and ALL LEVEL classes last for 60 minutes.
