WHAT IS HYROX?

Hyrox is a global indoor fitness competition that combines running and functional fitness exercisesParticipants run
8 kilometers, broken into 1km segments, with eight different functional workout stations in between. The name Hyrox comes from "hybrid" and "rockstar."

HYROX training is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance, enhance coordination and agility, and build mental toughness and resilience. This program is also ideal for those wanting to compete at HYROX, a global obstacle course race that combines running with functional exercises, and similar events.
